韓風喺香港吹咗好多年,舉國之力將韓國文化推向全球,無論歌影視都入晒屋,連我呢個日系死忠都把持不住喜歡上IU(所以成日飲佢代言嘅真露),的確好成功。但係韓國菜方面喺香港比較遲鈍,要靠《來自星星的你》才將炸雞推上高峰,連帶韓燒、部隊鍋都大hit,多年來只限於此,一直欠缺一間高級精緻韓式食店,直至Hansik Goo的出現......

主理人姜珉求,喺首爾擁有一間米芝蓮兩星餐廳Mingles,Hansik Goo算係佢第一間海外分店,上年喺中環擺花街一開即爆,加上疫情關係,更係一位難求,我同友人們足足訂咗兩個月先食到,足以證明香港人對韓國高級飲食文化追求,係時候離棄部隊鍋呢啲劣食。
店內只有Tasting Menu提供(另有四款A la carte),我對其中一道菜極為深刻,Samgye Risotto(人參雞湯意大利飯),雞卷表層炸得香口,雞髀及雞胸肉經過慢煮異常嫩滑,而每口糯米都充滿人參雞湯,聰明地將韓式炸雞同人參雞湯兩個韓菜代表結合為一,還有黑松露加持,性感、高貴、甜美集於一身,令我諗起Blackpink Jennie,Hansik in your area!

順帶一提,Hansik Goo炸雞可能係全港最好,每件都包住柚子醬,脆口中帶甜酸,癲狂咁好食,記住叫!
