OpenAI數日內兩高層離職　首席營收總監任職不足一年便離任

人工智能（AI）公司OpenAI的高層出現人事變動。OpenAI周四（13日）宣布，入職不足一年的首席營收總監（Chief Revenue Officer）Denise Dresser將離職，尋求其他發展機會（to pursue other opportunities），成為OpenAI數日內第二位高層決定離開OpenAI。OpenAI同時宣布，已聘請谷歌（Google）旗下網絡安全公司Wiz前總裁兼營運總監Dali Rajic接任。

Dresser去年12月加入OpenAI，此前她在Salesforce擔任十多年的高層。2023年，Dresser被任命為Slack行政總裁，Slack是Salesforce在2020年以超過270億美元收購的即時通訊公司。

營運總監亦在周二宣布離職

OpenAI營運總監（Chief Operating Officer）Brad Lightcap在周二（12日）宣布離職，稱將開啟新的篇章。在今年4月OpenAI表示，Lightcap將轉型為專注於公司「特殊專案」。

由於OpenAI正在準備進行首次公開招股（IPO）上市計劃，在一周接連有高管離職令市場感到震驚。據CNBC早前報道，OpenAI已於6月向美國證券交易委員會（SEC）秘密遞交IPO招股書，其在3月完成的融資估值達8,520億美元。
